SMMRA’s Political Action Committee (PAC) is a separate entity of SMMRA's non-for-profit status, registered under the Rule and Regulation of the State of California, and formed by its members, for the purpose of:

• Influencing the election of favorable candidates by public endorsement and/or pooling campaign funds by its members.
• Advocate, solely or aside similar special interest groups, for or against purposed state, county legislation and/or San Marcos city ordinances to protect the rights of manufactured-homes owners.
